Twig Terrariums
I was the innovator, co-owner, and miniature artist behind Twig Terrariums, an award-winning plant-based company (2009-2019) located in New York City.
During the Twig years, I co-authored Tiny World Terrariums (Abrams Books, STC Craft), a comprehensive guide to building terrariums. I taught hundreds of terrarium workshops, created thousands of terrariums, and managed product design, event production, and corporate collaborations. I received a lot of press during those years, and my work has been featured by some of the finest news organizations, magazines, television shows, and websites.
My creations and business were featured in The New York Times (twice!), Entrepreneur Magazine, the American Folk Art Museum, the Museum of Arts & Design, and the list goes on. Twig closed in 2019.

After ten wild years, Twig Terrariums came to an end. I had developed extensive skills in marketing, promotions, and ecommerce. I began providing my fellow small business owners with marketing consulting services, and before I knew it, I had my own business. My core services include graphic design, email marketing, web design, copywriting, and strategizing great campaigns. I'm well versed in platforms such as Photoshop, Shopify, Squarespace, Mailchimp, and Constant Contact - and so many more. In no time flat, I can produce an online shop complete with product photography and descriptions — and then whip up a sales-generating e-blast.
I support small businesses, and as a small business owner myself that brings me a lot of satisfaction. I love working one-on-one to best market your wares and services to the world. I have various clients nationwide: a chef store in Santa Cruz, a jewelry designer in Brooklyn, a boutique gallery in Indianapolis, a tattoo artist in Philadelphia, a glassblower in Oakland, a women's golf league in Aspen, a pet coach in San Diego. I get around!
